Domestic : We ship to all addresses within Malaysia.

International : We also ship to selected countries outside Malaysia. Shipping fees, delivery times, and customs duties may vary depending on the destination. Please contact our customer service if your country is not listed during checkout.

2. Processing Time


  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or special orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated before dispatch.


4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery


  • Domestic Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Domestic Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, customs inspections, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather and public holidays.

6. Order Tracking


  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • Use this tracking number to monitor your delivery through the courier’s website.
  • Ultimate Omega Tech is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs beyond our control.


7. Delivery Issues


If your order is:

  • Damaged during delivery – Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Lost or undelivered – Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist in tracking your package and resolving the issue.


8. Incorrect Shipping Information


  • Ensure your shipping address is correct when placing the order.
  • Ultimate Omega Tech is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if the courier returns the package due to an incorrect address.

  • Each order is shipped separately unless otherwise specified.
